By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from Wellness BioDentistry, PC (“we”, “us”,
“our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may send messages for purposes related
to dental wellness, including appointment reminders, follow-up care, office updates, and
occasional offers or promotions.
2. Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (electronically or verbally), you consent
to receive text messages from us at that number. You confirm that you are the owner or
authorized user of the provided number and are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your
jurisdiction). Message frequency is estimated at 2–6 messages per month, though this may
vary.

You may receive messages including, but not limited to:

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After sending “STOP,”
you will receive a confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent. To

Your personal information, including your mobile number, will be handled according to our

7. Liability & Delivery Disclaimer
We strive to ensure prompt delivery of all messages but cannot guarantee receipt or
timeliness. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message transmission
caused by your carrier or other third parties.

You agree not to use our SMS service to send unlawful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate
content. We comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including the
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Cellular Telecommunications Industry
Association (CTIA) guidelines, and 10DLC registration requirements.

While we take steps to protect your privacy, please note that text messaging is not a fully
secure communication method. Do not share sensitive personal or health information via text.
