Crowns

(Sometimes called "Caps")

Our Idaho Falls crowns are designed to provide function and cosmetic improvement to teeth that have been broken down via cracks, breaks, fillings, or tooth decay.

Crowns cap or surround the existing tooth above the gum line. In effect, the crown becomes the functioning part of your tooth. Different materials are used for crowns such as: gold, porcelain-ceramic, or zirconia.

Because the crown is designed specifically for your tooth, your bite and jaw movements function normally once it is placed.

Bridge

An Idaho Falls bridge is an option often used to replace teeth that are missing.

The missing teeth are replaced with artificial teeth and then bonded to surrounding teeth for support. Bridges look great, and literally bridge the gap between your teeth. Your bridge can be made from gold, alloys, porcelain, ceramic or zirconia and is bonded or cemented onto surrounding teeth for support.

The success of any bridge depends on its foundation — the other teeth, gums, or bone to which it is attached. Therefore, it’s very important to keep your existing teeth, gums, and jaw healthy and strong.

Always keep your regular maintenance visits!!
